Alyssa is a Clinical Nutritionist (MS, CNS, LDN) and holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from MUIH and a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. She is passionate about advancing the critical role that evidence-based personalized nutrition plays in every aspect of human health through research, writing, and clinical work. Alyssa is also a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, with experience designing and leading corporate wellness programs for global companies. In her free time, she enjoys developing allergy-friendly recipes, gardening, hiking, and painting.
