Paige is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a passionate advocate for living a happy, healthy life. She graduated with a degree in Health Sciences from Arizona State University, and has worked in community, non-profit, and clinical settings promoting healthy lifestyles through behavior change. Paige finds fulfillment by writing about wellness and supporting people's well-being journeys with mindful listening and goal setting. She is personally motivated to achieve her optimal health through yoga and trail running, and by devoting time to cooking local foods with her partner, spending time in nature in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and gardening with her cat, Winston.
